Position: Microsoft Web Infrastructure Administrator w/ IIS exp.
Type: Fulltime with Syntel but the selected candidate would be based out of our Client’s office at Portland OR. This is long term engagement we have with our Auto-Mfg Client – Daimler Trucks North America (DTNA)
Location: Portland OR
Total # of Positions: 2
Salary: DOE + Benefits
Start Date: ASAP – We want someone who could come onboard within 1 week time frame from the date of offer

Required Skills:
• A Web Administrator with at least 3-5 years of experience with IIS.
• Experience with web servers (including Apache and IHS), configuring and administering automated content replication and search functionality.
• Demonstrated Microsoft Windows Internet Information Server (IIS) experience (on multiple versions) including: clustering and highly available environments, detailed knowledge of security settings and hardening, performance analysis, log analysis, configuration of multiple types of data sources, understanding of different types of data drivers, creation of clusters and stand-alone systems.
• Demonstrated knowledge Application Development Life Cycle and multiple Windows server platforms (Server 2000, 2003, and 2008).
• Troubleshoot infrastructure problems and propose optimal resolutions.
• Write detailed documentation for other administrators to follow.
• Provide on-call support as required.
• Experience with encryption methodologies for SSL-enabled web applications.
• Experience as a Microsoft Windows Server systems administrator is Preferred
