Acts as a senior level Pega developer providing application design guidance & consultation, utilizing a thorough understanding of applicable technology, tools and existing designs. Coordinates sizings for new enhancements.

 

* Analyzes highly complex business requirements, designs, writes and/or reviews technical specifications to design or redesign complex aspects of the application.

 

* Provides the most complex Pega PRPC coding solutions and assists less experienced staff and/or shares knowledge with others; Assists with scope management; Coordinates resolution to scope questions with systems and project management, analysts, and quality assurance (QA).

 

* Oversees systems testing, migration of application code, and subsequent production validation. Enforces testing procedures to ensure projects, enhancements, and support fixes meet deliverable goals; Completes peer review prior on change requests (CR) content and test results.

 

* Develops new documentation, including departmental technical procedures and production support-focused items (Playbooks, flows).

 

* Assures all corporate compliance/governance requirements are met (quality, security, change, etc); Oversees creation of or updates to and testing of the business continuation plan.

 

* Provides application production support via an on-call rotation.

 

* Works with business and development resources to improve processing efficiency; Ensures risk areas of the business are mitigated through adequate systems and business processes.

 

* Conducts performance monitoring; Establishes and reviews application and system-level alarming & monitoring.

 

Minimum 5 years Pega PRPC development experience with proven track record of success.
